Indications	Inj. Mettle is by pharmacological action, an ECBOLIC. In the following ways it is useful in the parturition cases. Management of the III stage of Parturition : Inj. Mettle Vet. helps in easy parturition due to its ecbolic action. Retention of Placenta : Inj. Mettle Vet. constantly hastens the contraction of uterus even after the delivery of the calf. This enables the uterine to expel the placenta completely.     Prevention of Metritis after Parturition : Inj. Mettle Vet. expels the Lochia after the delivery in 2 – 3 days.  This prevents any further infection and thereby prevents Metritis.    Arrests Bleeding during Parturition : Like Ergot, Methyl Ergometrine prevents and arrests bleeding too.
Administration & Dosage	By I.M. / I.V..         First day : In third stage of Parturition 5-10ml by I/M Follow up : 5ml daily  for 3-4 days after parturition
